The Flatterer Episode 2 Recap
Tae San enters class as formidable music plays in the background. Both teacher and student look each other in the eye, Tae San apologises for being late. The latecomers receive their smackings, now it's Tae San's turn. Mr Lee begins to whack him but is met with no reaction, Mr Lee picks up on this and inspects. He removes a book tucked into Tae San's pants. Mr Lee asks for Tae San to remove his pants. Tae San warns that it will ruin the class atmosphere. Mr Lee is insistent.
Tae San obliges, revealing his dragon tattoos. Everyone wooos (mind you it's an all boys class). Stunned, Mr Lee pulls Tae San's pants back up.
Bong Hee hears that Gun rejected a student's confession, bringing a smile to her face whilst noting he has guts. Sae Rim continues to cry in class. Bong Hee complains of the noise, saying that it's not the end of the word if you're rejected. Sae Rim responds by grabbing Bong Hee's hair, calling her a man and remarking how she wouldn't know how it feels. Bong Hee grabs Sae Rim by the arm and flips her to the ground.
Back in the boy's classroom, Ho Geol extorts money from a student. Making sure to mention that he is borrowing the money not taking it. He asks his lackey to count it. Slowly the lackeys call out more and more students to hand over their money. Gun watches on.
Ho Geol asks to see Gun later.
Miss Song is talking to the teacher? she was previously waving to. He mentions that she should find someone nice soon. A little disappointed she says she will and leaves. Mr Lee watches the interaction from afar. He approaches the counter to purchase a drink, being curious he asks how the teacher knows Miss Song. Both were childhood friends. The teacher asks why he is curious, Mr Lee mentions that he would like to set her up on a blind date if she was single. The teacher isn't very fond of the idea.
In a corner of the school, Ho Geol lays out the school rules to Gun. Hearing no response from Gun, Ho Geol kicks Gun between the legs, Gun squirms in pain.
Ho Geol continues to highlight that this school isn't like his old one, the school is filled with kids who couldn't graduate after being sent to juvie too often. Gun calls Ho Geol a psycho, throwing a punch then kick to send Ho Geol to the ground.
It is now English class, the boys cheer as Miss Song enters the room. Miss Song notices that three students are missing. Meanwhile, Ho Geol's lackey is holding Gun back, Ho Geol runs forward to attack but Gun kicks him right between the legs. Ho Geol rolls on the floor in pain.
In class, two students plot, one asks for the Miss Song's help whilst the other uses their phone to film under her dress. Tae San finally wakes up from his sleep and notices what's going on, he gives a look of disapproval towards the student. As Miss Song finishes her explanation, everyone shifts back into place. Class finishes.
Still fighting, Gun makes a grab for the lackey's crotch. Warning him that if it pops he is going to become a girl. Not letting go, Ho Geol grabs Gun's crotch, agreeing that they both will become girls.
Tae San drags the student that was holding the camera into the toilets, warning him if something like that happens again he is dead. The student asks what right does Tae San have to instruct him, Tae San says he will let this pass once as it is his first day here. He warns the student to listen to his elders as that is how he will live a long life. Tae San leaves but the student follows him with a wooden mop.
Still grabbing onto each other's crotches, Gun makes a deal to let go on three. Ho Geol mentions he has nothing to lose though. The lackey pleads.
Bong Hee is pulled out of class by the arm by Sae Rim's friend who is demanding Bong Hee to follow. Bong Hee, Sae Rim and her friend now spot the boys by the tree... grabbing each other's crotches. Once the boys notice they immediately push off from one another. The friend notes that it is 3 on 3, and that it would be great if they went on a date. The friend places dibs on the short guy in black.
